CFO- Chief Financial Officer; the position in which all financial management strategy develops. If you've been a CFO, controller, or accounting manager for at least 15 years, you might be perfect for a fractional role at one of our clients' locations.
All you need is an entrepreneurial mindset, which would allow you to flexibly work on several projects simultaneously. This isn't the position for someone who likes sitting behind a desk. You are the main support arm for the business, and you must have experience working in one of our specialty industries.
The right candidate here is able to lead and manage a project from start to finish, and be able to communicate effectively with other levels of senior management.
CHRO- The Chief Human Resources Officer- has spent at minimum 15 years in a senior level HR position, is familiar with benefits, compensation planning, employee onboarding, training & development, employee retention & recognition programs, and talent management.
The CHRO must have superior communications skills, and be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time.
